ROM Hack Ni No Kuni - Extract Music

Hi,
I give it a try and want to extract the music from the NDS-Game "Ni No Kuni". So far I was able to extract all files from the rom with NDSHeader2.0. The sound files are in ".sad"-format. I searched a lot, but didn't find any information about it, how to extract or convert this format. Maybe someone can give some advise?

Use vgmstream.

Cannot deocde the sad files with vgmstream. I always get the message "can't open file".
