If someone would send me the English text, I am good with language and I can translate it to Dutch. You would then have to import the files into the nds thing. I tried myself but even changing 1 letter made the nds file not load any more, so some tools may be involved that I don't know about, let alone know how to use them.

no, you see the thread's title says "demo", and was posted by someone else.
That demo was released before the full game, along with another game's demo. (inazuma eleven?)
there were only one release (in 2009), that project is dead. If the demo is not fully translated I don't think it will get an update (no news for almost 10 years, don't expect an update).

As @Cyan mentioned, this is an older thread about the Tokyo Game Show demo, not the complete game.

If anyone is interested in getting the English files once we are done with our translation (I understand going from English -> other language might be easier for more people than Japanese -> other language), let me know and we can figure out a way to send you what we have.
