I'm not mad that they preinstalled my kernel. I'm mad that they're selling them at a markup and they come with ROMs as part of the purchase.

Still would've been nice if they asked though.

Yeah, I fully agree with you. The only acceptable markup here would be like 10 dollars for a microSD card with just the kernel and instructions on how to add your own games so its legit.

Yes because I don't deserve a cut from free software and it being under one the free use policy's they don't need permission to sell it
