Gaming New System Update?

I just got a message from nintendo about a system update, im on 4.3e so pal users beware.

The letter reads:

"(If you have received this notice before, please Disregard the following information.)

Dear Customer,

Nintendo would like to inform you that a Wii Menu update is now available. Select the UPDATE button on the lower right to update your Wii console. You can also updat eby selecting Wii SYSTEM UPDATE in the wii settings."

And then a warning about detectings software mods.

Nintendo's site reports no new update.
Did you update before or after the second 4.3 update (September 7th)?

Emulate Wii System Update on NUS Downloader doesn't show anything new too.

Usually my update notices read "(If you have received this notice before or updated your system after XXXX, please Disregard the following information.) instead of just "(If you have received this notice before, please Disregard the following information.)

Doesn't it show any date for you?

no it doesnt, ill take a photo when my camera's charged, just tried to use it and it died, and its picky about other batteries -.-
