are you going to make any more threads like this? Why not make one post with all the games you want to ask about

As for NSMB2 - probably

Either this n00b is a horrible attempt at a gimmick, or he's a shining example of our top-notch public education system in the USA. No wait a sec... those two can go hand-in-hand. My logic is flawed. Damn public American schools!

First of all, you should really do a TINY bit of research first.

Second, learn to speak english, especially since you LIVE IN THE US.

Wouldn't doubt it...the money they racked in with the first NSMB? You'd better believe it!

I expect they'll release it sometime around Christmas next year

On topic: If you think about it, lately there has been only ONE new Mario game on each console (since the SNES, Yoshi Island wasn't a Mario game per se). So, maybe will have to wait a little longer....

Off topic: If you had to deal with a web forum with a high volume of idiots, you would be cranky too.

On topic: I hope they do make a new Mario, but more like the SNES version of Super Mario World (the GBA version was kinda wonky)

Off: well, that depends. IMO hatedrian sections COULD be considered kinda more crowded. But so far he's bee doing such a great job.

On: I seriously think the GBA remakes are the best versions of each game.

I don't know if this helps at all but whenever NSMB came out, I bought a copy that week, and registered it, and a few weeks later I took a poll asking various questions, one of them, "how likely is it that you would purchase a sequel to this game, would one be created?" Paraphrased of course. Sales did fairly well, I'm sure they are at least working on an idea to do something like this.

Off: Yeah, the forum looks a lot better with it all cleaned up by the hardworking mods.

On: Well, the GBA version had the levels altered that looked like they were redone in a few seconds. Also they messed up the size of the levels to fit on the GBA screen to look properly but left Mario the same size. It's still a good game but not as good as the original.

SNES ended up having quite a few dead sequels, didn't it? Star Fox 2 was perhaps most notable. Another F-Zero and possibly Zelda may have been considered, seeing as they were early titles with sort of Satellaview "spinoffs".

unlike all rumors, Nintendo doesn't make _tons_of_Mario_platformers for every system. N64 have only one. Same about GC. GBA have 1 or 2 ORIGINAL(not remakes). I don't see any reason why they should make an exception for NDS? There are maaany more ga,es Nin should do for console, not only Mario. I mean... Nin! It's time to make new _normal_ 2d platformer DK game! Not that _120_mins_to_compete_ kiddy action-puzzle-platformer!

    like i searched all folders
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
are you using haxchi, tiramisu or aroma?
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    yeah
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
no, I'm asking which one of them you are using
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    aroma
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
in that case, there is no such thing as homebrew launcher for aroma
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
you have to launch your homebrews directly from the wii u menu
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
there is a plugin that display them on the wii u menu, pretty sure it is enabled by default
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    so like it doesnt exist
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    yeah
    ?
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
it doesn't exist, at least not for aroma
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    ohhhhh
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
on tiramisu you can access it by opening mii maker
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    okay
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    it is L+dpad down+ select
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
but homebrew is appearing in the home menu btw
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
    yes, now I remember it
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
then it is working, I also don't like that they did this but it is the only option you have if you are using aroma
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
i just didint know the homebrew launcher didint exist in aroma
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    thanks btw
