Hacking New PS VITAS comes with 3.55?

I purchased 2 PS VITAS off amazon. It says its brand new. BOTH came with 3.55, seal seemed to be intact.

Can any confirm if the newer manufactured VITAS came with 3.55?

My cousin bought one 2 weeks ago from amazon and it came with 3.52 installed, Sony could be manufacturing 3.61 vitas at this point but they wont surface till several months later once the old stock has sold and newer stock starts going out.
