Thanks so much for the reply. I tried the PowerSaves once more but it still got stuck at "Downloading Online Content" forever. Is this a region thing? I live in Asia and I see you are in the US and UK respectively.
1. Make sure you allow the program through firewall (requires internet access)
2. Make sure you entered the correct e-mail address and license key
3. You may want to know that license key is region locked.
Since you're are also in Singapore, you 3DS and games should be US (I'm assuming).
If you Powersaves does not have the "PRO", there's a chance you imported in the UK version.

3. Yes I do know the license key is region locked. Bought this device from Amazon.com and the game is US region. When I first got this PowerSaves I was able to use it. Now I am unable to.

Are you using the Normal version or the Pro version?
They're technically the same, but marketed differently for different regions.
I'm using Powersaves (without Pro).
I changed my license key caused I purchased the one that came with a UK license key.
My games are US based.

Yeah they're slow at replying, and they don't respond on weekends.
Just to check, did you shift computer or reformat or something.
It's not normal to suddenly stop working.
It could also be slow network speed or usb cable problems.
Do troubleshoot before contacting them.
I'm sure you don't wanna wait for 4 days for their response, when it's something that could be solved easily on your end ><

I have no idea what you mean?When i go to the GTS, I can't get the pokemon to seperate by how many I own vs the ones I dont. This makes it hard to trade for the ones I dont have. Time to restore. Please fix this datel!
That hasn't happened to me, I didn't even notice a slight bug after applying that codeI wanted the complete pokedex code so i could see all the pokemon appear in the GTS, That way i could trade for them and still get the 718 pokemon. However, It seems the pokemon I caught got mixed in with what i haven't caught yet. The pokemon I caught before dont have a pokeball next to their name.
