So, i'm here basically to say that i'm frustrated with the PS support... I bought a product by amazon and when i received i realized it was an UK PS and i own american games... This is the third week i'm trying to change the region of my license key and got 0 feedback. Not even a "we cant do that for you - so sorry"
There is a specific e-mail address that you have to use for that (it says which one on their support page - or at least it used to). Are you using the correct one? Not implying that you are stupid or anything. It's just a thought about how to potentially troubleshoot your issue.
