Gaming New DSi System Update?

I have what is the supposed latest system update by Nintendo (1.4.5). But Just out of curiosity today, since it's been a few years, I checked to see if there was a new update and my system informed that there was.

Anybody know the changes of this update, and if it blocks flash carts or not?

I think it always says there is an update available.

No new update is showing, and it's pretty unlikely that they'd bother at this point, given that the DSi is just as dead as the Wii now.
