I only can see Banner Sound Icon .bin's Is that normal?

What do to next to edit it?

use the u8 tools to unpack the banner.bin then use Gally's tpl veiwer to check the image sizes out in the unpacked banner.bin then just replace them with your own matching those sizes

It gives me a overflow error

Well i'm pretty good at doing it myself now, But lets say i want to make like the Backup Loader text part transparent. i've tried like almost everything but nothing seems to work. Any ideas? or a program to use

Thanks well i got it working but it looks like crap.lol I had already used a jpeg pic before you posted I guess thats why it looks like crap. I'll try again with a Bmp or PNG
it had a bunch of black around the text, I guess thats why you dont use Jpeg
 
You could try to use TGA files, that should work out better then bitmaps or jpegs...
Although, tplconv seems not to work properly. You might try another tpl editor, also.
