Broly7's TPL converter supports PNG apha transparency, but needs to be converted to TGA first (you need photoshop for that).

im having trouble opening some TPL's with textures

i guess thats an issue with Gally's tool
also i switched the logo in the bang banner using a 24bit TGA and matched the alpha colors to the original, Gallys tool seems to be tempermental when it uses alpha ill have to look into Broly7's TPL converter


anyone know whats caused this blackout (sorry for quality it is lighter and the animation works)

That happened to me when I tried Broly7's tool with a 24bit TGA. His tool really needs 32bit TGA.

thanks ice the funny thing was i had a choice when saving 32, 24 or 16 bit so i thought i would pick the middle one

ill have another look using 32bit

Just create a new user account on your PC with Boss access... (all rights)
Than pack the WAD, and not -4100 error anymore!

Yeah, I enabled my Admin account on XP which normally isn't shown, but I think something's wrong with that one now

Edit:Meh, I guess I can wait until the 0C tools come out. It installed, but I got a black banner. Not sure what I did wrong, I'm 99% sure I did everything right

I now want to pack my TPL's but:
I get a Overflow error again... (U8pack.exe)

Can I use u8tool9.0 working and well for packing?

"Hard Brick" does mean Banner Brick right?

Yes you can. Just choose U8 w/ Banner Data (IMET) when packing and fill out the required channel name.
