Hacking [Preview] Fisrt Animated Channel of Tgames's forum !

Hi everyone, this is the first French Animated Channel !

For the moment the channel is buggy (System Files Errors) but it work, this is a video who will show you the channel in action...

Backup Launcher 0.3 Gamma Alpha 0.1 Channel :

This is preview, no WAD will be give !

For the moment the channel have:

- An animation
- The Sound is in looping

To be fix in the Alpha 0.2 :

- Graphics Glitches
- No more System Files Error
- A new Animation

Looks like the same code as the wad manager channel but edited to have different graphics and sound

How to: (wohoo!!!)

Small tutorial than I guess: (not more needed than this, except the tools -> You can get them here)

Pick a Wii Ware game... extract the 000.app
Extract Banner.bin
Edit the TPL's
Repack
And have your Custom Animated Banner...
With the copyrighted shit and Animation of a Wii Ware game ! whoopie doop doo...

Yay, a bunch of channels that look the same...

don't mind me, I just the guy from that team that is helping you all make your own animations.

I don't mean to be rude or anything, but I just don't see the point in showing off "animated channels" if they all have the same animation.

Though, good work on the graphics I guess.

No it's really the wad base of the channel by 0RANGE CHINCKEN (MPLAYER Channel)

You too you use Mplayer Channel to make your channel, see the copyright if you don't trust me...

And it's really the first Animated Channel for french people !

I'm aware of what we did (not to mention what we're currently doing), I'm just stating that all the surfacing "animated channels" have the same animations. It really then, becomes just as good as a static banner.

great were gona be seeing 1000 banners for every major homebrew on wii, all of which do the same thing, and everyone that makes one thinking they actual "hacked" something by replaceing a couple of files which anyone could do with hex editor tbh.

Exactly my point. At least the majority of them aren't being distributed, so, hopefully we don't see more threads of a bunch of them in a list.

you can extract the animation from other banners using Howard C's tools im not keen on the animation on the original or the wadmanager animation the whole animation thing is pointless unless its all done from scratch using your own Brlan but still its worth messing with the more that look into them the more chance of things being figured out.

Awwww..... cmon now... don't get down on the guys because they're all using the same base animation. They're just using existing material to learn to do it. Baby steps.

So they just plugged in some different graphics to an existing animation. At least they did that much. No more and no less that what I did with this non-animated Wii Stuntmen FTPii Tribute Channel. (well, actually a lot more than I did as all i did was use wadder)

Tested OK by myself and IronMask. I made this one to remind me of the risks I take with all this stuff. Banner is same as my Avatar, Icon is old man jumping through fire hoop. I was just testing wadder install to make sure I had it working.
