Hardware New 3ds xl manufacture problem?

I had my new 3ds xl for about a week, while playing a DS game I notice what looks like a slight tear at the top of the border, should I be concerned about this?

I ask that you guys take a look at yours and see if you have this too...

Yeah...I would get it replaced

It looks like the backlight showing through. You can see this even on televisions if you're looking at the right angle. I'd only replace it if you can see it at normal viewing angles.

If you plan on using gateway on your new 3ds then no keep it or just return it as you have 15-30 days to return open box depending on where you live. Nintendo updates any console sent for repair, but if you plan on using sky3ds then I would send it in for repair asap as who knows if it will be blocked next update.
