New 3DS XL Japan, already hacked

Hi, I purchased a Japanese NEW 3DS XL and it looks like it's already hacked.
I tried to reset it but now the SD card is showing all these files.

I want to hack it anyway. What is the best thing to do at this point?
Can I start from skratch or should I use what's here? I read that is not recommended to cancel everything.

I don't even know how to load the custom firmware.
