Must be based off that new DVD I keep seeing commercials for. The Lego racers game was very good even though I'm not into Lego.

This game is a complete mess. You know, I closed VBA a couple of minutes into gameplay. It's graphics are pretty good, but the controls...Aargh! It's like pressing left to go right...They're all muddled and the game is really hard to play. I adivse you to skip this one.

the controls are iso-sa-metrical, there not stuffed, i guess your just not played alot of this type of controled games styles. Overal this game is good, there was another bionicle game some where near the begining of the gba rom life maybe around release

I havn't played it yet... but i believe i understand what they're saying by isometrical.

being... when your charactor is facing forward (no matter which direction it is on the screen) you press forward to make him walk his forward, left to turn left, right to turn right, and down to go backwards... kinda like tony hawk GBA games, or freak style for a more reciant release... it's more often used in isometrical racing/extreme sport games.

I think Bionicle was a British (?) show, then lego made toys from it (or it could be the other way around, toys become show) I saw something on cable once (anyone care to clarify?

).. and now, GBA has lego and non-lego versions of the games!

@SylverReZ, I dislike the kind of drm where you have to play single player games online all the time bc of some verification bs

@Xdqwerty, Don't use games that have Easy Anti-Cheat as its been exploited many times.

@SylverReZ, my PC can't run most AAA games so i wont

@SylverReZ, I also heard one of the Prince of Persia games was so unfinished that it required the "24/7 online" drm so a puzzle could be done and the game could be finished. And that when the Ubisoft servers were closed the (cracked) game was impossible to finish or something like that
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, That's extra scummy. Ubisoft nowadays ship out incomplete games like Skull and Bones which was being worked on for nearly a decade now.

@SylverReZ, i think they have been doing that since late 2000s

Either that or their old games were unfinished aswell but we can't notice it

I like that games can be fixed after the fact, hate that it's being abused via beta tests... And DLC... I was a 7800 owner back in the day and loved Impossible Mission, turns out I couldn't beat it because it was actually impossible lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I never knew about it at the time but a fixed version was available but you had to mail in your broken copy lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
So that version is semi rare
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@Psionic Roshambo, I have a rom of the ds version of impossible mission
