Hardware NES30 Controller Switch SNES Pairing issue

Hi everyone !

I tried to pair the 8bit-do NES 30 controller (the classic one) to the Switch. I already updated the firmware of the pad to the latest version (4.20).
It works well on the menu and Smash Bros, but when I try it on SNES, the system keep asking me to press L+R buttons, says it's ok and ask me again. All the time.

Is anyone able to play SNES games on Switch with an unofficial controller ? Or is it a way for them to make us pay for their new official SNES controller ?

its start and Y. if that doesnt work, try plugging up the controller to the switch
