have you got the bios for it? if so is it named right? is th bios placed in the root of fcegx? (at least thats where i think it goes) if you do have a bios and followed all that with no luck i would say you have a duff bios

a common mistake is that the file has two extensions, check in your OS that common file extensions are not hidden and check the FDS bios again. It should be named exactly as specified by the readme.

All of them? You just need the dump of the BIOS of the Famicom Disk System (FDS) directly in the /fceugx folder, named disksys.rom. It should be 8kb in size.
And of course you'll need the ROMs you want to play in the /fceugx/roms folder.
Oh and if it wants you to switch the side of the disk you have to press the A button on the Wiimote.
If that instructions do not help, please state your problem more clearly.
