Hacking NeoGamma Won't Boot Games With Cheats No Matter What I Did

I know there are lots of topics similar to this, but I was not able to solve this by reading them...so here I am!

Here's the detailed thing: I have tried to use cheats with NeoGamma and got Green Screens over Green Screens...What I did is: getting the GCTs into the codes folder, setting the hooktypes as VBI (Wii) and VI (GC), turning ocarina ON on both, leaving everything else untouched.

Other backup launchers worked fine for Wii, loading cheats without problems. The real thing is GC: I don't know any other backup launcher capable of loading cheats for GC.

I have the latest d2x cIOS, the latest cMIOS on v-10 and I tried SSBB (over USB) and SSBM (over DVD-R). Setting the hooks to VBI and VI gives no problems when I don't load cheats. Is there something I am missing?

    For me if you want to emulate the DS the best option is on Android, use DraStic and a controller that holds your phone... it's clunky but it works insanely well. The next best option in my opinion is using a New 3DS XL, not really emulation but hacked it works really well.
