i need the settings to play boom blox and other PAL games on my wii v4.2 using wbfs and neogamma r7 rev14 using ios249 please

i get a green screen then it goes black and the wii-mote turns off other games work but not a select several.

Here's the new problem, I am trying both usb loader gx and neogamma and now i can get to the screen it tells you to put the wrist strap on then after i press A it goes black and nothing happens... what may be wrong?
