ROM Hack Need Someone to Translate me a Rom for my Kid

Hello.....

i need help....

Can someone translate me a Rom,it's called:"Grand Trucker Aniki - Shigoto to Kenka to Koi Moyou (Japan)"
It is a Game about driving Trucks and my son wants to be Trucker,it's the first Game with this kind of Setting and there will never be a release in GER or EUR.

So my big question is: Can someone translate me the Game.

It would be a big surprise for my little one(...and me

THX for your replies....Euro Truck Simulator is very Good,but i need a Game for DS.....and yes i ment that i could give you the R.. if need.
My Kid is permanent on Travel and so we would need a DS Game.....
