ROM Hack Need help with replacing sound (mega man ZX)

So i want to replace model Ox vent voices,with omega zero.
I already managed to build its Swar,but if i swap it with the modded one,the game will mute.
Is there any steps that i missed (Using tinke)

I would guess that something breaks because the new file isn't the exact same size as the previous one. The game says "go to place X and fetch the data there", but now, place X is in the middle of the song (or something like that).

That's just a guess though.

Well,could be possible.
Because The original sound is high pitched (even for male char)
While omega voice remain unchanged (normal tone)
And,i got no warning when i save the ROM,its just mute when i boot it up
