Hacking Need help with PSP filer

Basically i'm trying to move a bunch of cheats for Gpsp in VHBL to the CHT folder. The problem is the folder is a "do you want to install this homebrew" and I normally press R to run the GBA emulator. When I try to move the cheats I can only move them to the GBA folder(won't expand any more to give more options) but if I'm investigating files to move in the GBA folder I can investigate the archive and see the cheats folder.

new ish issue, just realized only TMNT.CHT shows up when I transfer files. I used the pokedude folder anyone whow why this is? everything else is labeled .CHT i don't who why the hell only TMNT would show up
