Hacking need help on 3ds cfw

i was doing cfw than i was on the part where you instelled boot9strap after instelling boot9strap i clicked home than it boot me back to the home manu its was ment to go to the luma manu btw i only downloaded boot9strap ones

update: i have got it working now

just remove sd card if it boots B9S isnt installed.
or try holding select when booting it should give luma menu

Using YouTube / video guides to install 3DS firmware is a big no-no (aka, increased risk of bricking).

Follow the official guide instead where info is up-to-date.

well i try that still same thing happined+ most of the thing were done due to the vid copying off the guide

Long time members of the 3DS homebrew community do not mess with or help out those stuck in video tutorials because of the frequency in hacking info becoming outdated and the difficulty tracking down which section the person in question screwed up on.

It would be like going to mathematics or programming class where everyone is using the latest 13th edition textbook, and you over there with an older 10th edition of that book with the wrong set of problems.

See this post as you'll be the second person today who has made this rookie mistaken.

Do B. on that guide that I linked above.

Then make SURE you're using the latest version of b9sTool before trying it again. Using outdated versions of b9sTool is usually what causes this issue.
