Hacking Hi guys i need some help fixing this?

Whenever i boot with the sd card it'll say the following, i've also got a dmp file that i cant upload so i'll send it later when im back home thank you for any help

First, that is a 3DS, not a DS.
About the error, this should be an error with the installed theme/HOME extra data. You can try following the next steps:

1. Put the SD card into your PC
2. Enter into the SD:/Nintendo 3DS/ID0/ID1/extdata/00000000 . ID0 and ID1 are folders with a bunch of what looks like random letter and numbers
3. Now depending which region console you have, you should delete the following folders:
   • If your console is USA, delete folders 000002cd and 0000008f
   • If your console is EUR, delete folders 000002ce and 00000098
   • If you're not sure, check which ones you have and delete them
4. Reinsert the SD into the console and should work again.

In case you get another error, you can try and check into the 3DS Error Screen page to check if there is a known error with a known solution, thats where I found the steps to solve it.
