Hacking Question Need advice on where to go from here

Heres my current status
Official Firmware 4.1.0
CFW Atmosphere 8.1.5
auto rcm enabled
backed up eMMC BOOT0/1 and eMMC RAW GPP and BIS keys (used the volume down to save to sd card instead of QR Code. not sure if that is the same as using the qr code?)
not connected to wifi yet but will set up manually my wifi since im now in cfw and too lazy to boot to ofw to change the DNS
converted my sd memory card from exfat to fat32


What should I do next?
what homebrews do you guys recommend?
Is retroarch stable? i wanna play psx and mame and snes games
im thinking of bringing my switch to my friends house. will docking my switch using my friend's dock have negative side effect like me getting ban or something?
what other fun stuff should i be doing?
are there side effect if i will update my switch firmware? can i revert back to a lower firmware?
what other stuff should i not be doing while im on cfw with my switch?
if i want to eject my sd card to put more homebrew should i be powering off my switch?

Docking won’t ban you... Just keep your switch offline. You can update your firmware with ChoiDujourNX and downgrade later if you need to (make nand backup first).

Console bans are pretty large right now.

Atmosphere is definitely ahead of the other solutions(such as ReiNX and SXOS).

But great job on choosing Atmosphere.

1. install games and hb?
2. ftpd, app store, checkpoint, edizon, sys-clk
3. it is stable, mostly
4. not at all, 100% safe
5. not much to do except play games and fool around with homebrew/CFW
6. 7.0.1 does not play well with title installers, but you can go back

update cfw as kosmos 11.11.1, inject hekate4.9.1.bin as payloads. then update OFW into 7.0.1 via choidujournx.
there isn't any side effect if you want to revert back to a lower firmware because burnt efuse is still same as ofw 4.1's
