Nope as it is Nintendo copyrighted material it would be a severe breach of gbatemp.net rules to link to it or to give you it in a pm. It's technically even against site rules to ask for it in the first place.

You can download the mii channel directly from Nintendo using NUSDownloader and install via wad.

Option 2 is someone can backup there's, I would send it to you in a pm but I'm currently not at home as of right now.

Like I have already said it is a severe breach of gbatemp.net rules to send nintendo copyrighted material even by pm to someone.

Yet it's fine for the Temp to promote the use of Wii U USB Helper..... which enables the download of copyrighted material and also enables the unauthorised use of said material...

Usb download helper is allowed because it is homebrew and does not have any Nintendo copyrighted code in it. Yes it illegally downloads games but that is the end users choice to download said games. Posting 100% Nintendo copyrighted material will get the notice of Nintendo's lawyers and could lead to the site being closed down and that is why the site does not allow it.
