Hardware need a reliable N3DS hardmod.... in USA

I'm in the US in the MN region o need someone to perform a hard mod on my new3dsxl.

I have a velod NAND backup but it bricked while trying to restore because it got knocked down and the screen closed. So I need a hard mod to fix it...

Can anyone give me a username of a reliable modder? I had just dumped my OTP too....

Let me know a rate and where to ship it to.
