I am going to get a new video camera for christmas. I want one that shoots HD and does not use tapes but is not expensive. I was looking at the Flip mino HD and the Vado and stuff, and they are nice cheap little cameras that would get the job done for me exept for one major flaw. They don't have flip out screens. 90% if the time, I self-film and it would be very difficult to do so without seeing where I am in the shot. A normal sized HD video camera runs for a few hundred bucks and I don't want to sacrifce the portablitily and price just for a flip out screen. Does anyone know of any good video cameras or maybe a way to get around the no flip screen problem? Thanks.
