NDSGamer doesn't ship outside of the USA so his problem is fairly straight forward here.

This is assuming you are looking for a USA vendor so you can get it under a week.
Don't ask for a paypal vendor, PayPal bans ALL flashcart vendor accounts. It is also against paypal's policys and terms of service.

As to you getting ripped off, that might be the case.
You might have to wait a whole week if the seller is Chinese person in the USA, that is because this week is Chinese new year. The majority of Chinese vendors regardless of where they are in the world will take it as a holiday off work.
You might have to dispute any charges if you didn't get anything in the mail this week from them.

Though that can be because most of the people are outside the USA for starters.
