Hacking NDS firmware upgrade... is it safe if I use a DSTTi?

I have an XL which I love!

but I just went to go to the ds shop and its prompting me for a firmware upgrade!


now if I do that, will this disable my DSTTi card? im running 1.18v at the moment... I guess its not a problem if I cant, but it would be nice.

if you have a real DSTTi you can upgrade it in 1.4.1, so you can start the 1.4.1 firmware
from the 1.18 officiel DSTT kernel

Look here in the DSTT section, the 1.4.1 firmware pack are in it

yeah, I thought I had done that from www.happydone.com but when I visit the store on the main xmb it stills says theres a system firmware update..


so is this just purely down to me not doing it right?
