Homebrew Homebrew game nds-bootstrap stuck on please wait

Every time i try to start a game on twilight it shows "nds bootstrap please wait..." and then a black screen on top and a white screen on bottom and then both white screens. I need help

EDIT: so far other games have worked but Pokemon black 2 and white 2 are having this issue

Make sure that you have the latest versions of TWiLight Menu++ and nds-bootstrap, on older versions I think that's what would happen when launching DSi-enhanced games in DSi mode. http://wiki.ds-homebrew.com/twilightmenu/updating

If you're already on the latest version then reformatting your SD card may help, especially if it's using smaller than 32 KB clusters. https://dsi.cfw.guide/sd-card-setup

If that still doesn't fix it then maybe try resetting all the TWiLight Menu++ settings to default, the easiest way to do so is to hold A + B + X + Y while it's loading and it'll ask to reset settings.
