nds-bootstrap:

Thanks to the work of ahezard, Gericom, Apache, Robz8, _catcatcat, and shutterbug2000 and other contributors, we can now load NDS games from the SD card, without any flashcard/SLOT-1 card.

Don't expect high compatibility, but do expect many, many updates.

Um, is there an AP patch for Mario & Luigi: BIS somewhere? Cuz that's the only way I'm playing this game.

Even with an AP patch, it won't work past the save select screen.

Yep the game has about 5 anti piracy measures in it. The only available patch just removes the first ap. No idea why there is not a patch available for the rest of the ap measures.

Ok, so after an update, it seems that M&L Partners in Time stopped working for some reason, it crashes on a white screen after the "Nintendo" screen, when I Know before it did work. I tried messing with some settings (clock speeds) but couldb't get it to work

When I load it the game white screens for about 2 mins then loads and plays perfectly.

Thanks, I suppose i should've just waited longer than I have, and it only took about 45 seconds to load. Kinda weird how this game does that.

Also, since DSIMenu++ doesn't utilise donor carts anymore, does that mean I don't have to worry about the save of my DS game in slot 1 randomly getting erased in turn for the rom's save when playing a game? I lost my complete saga save (Though I should've seen that a game using donor carts would've done that) because of that.

It seems like with DS games that use infared features (Pokémon) you can actually use them with a Rom to a real cartridge if you have ANY infared DS game inserted in the system playing the rom (Tested with Black 2 rom and Soul Silver cartridge and was able to connect to White 2 cartridge).

No, trimming just removes garbage data from the game. It doesn't change the game itself in any way.
