quick question: when we say it works on DSTwo, does that mean completely? Because besides the exp the AP also includes freezing and something with the union room

because im such an UbEr n00b im going to confirm that no akaio on the AK2i will load pokemon black (E) whilst using a 4gb sandisk micro sd cba trying with other sized cards

I renamed my (J) save and loaded it up on (E) everything was fine except, when I went into a wild battle, the fight button had gone and I couldn't select any other option.

Huh. WTF? I guess it ISN'T working. did you do Black or White? did you use the English patch before?

I just did this with Black, and it worked fine, Fight button and all. How strange...

This is White, and yeah I've used the English translation patch.

Huh... Why is it working for me, but not you guys? You're on DSTWO, with patch mode? soft reset off?
I tried it wish my save from using the English patch and the one without. they both work fine.

it work on my r4irts fw2.8a but no exp gain once and awhile the fight button goes away but other then that it works

Also, maybe the "FIGHT" button has something to do with the cart being used.

Saying the game works but you don't get xp is silly because of 2 reasons:

1) if the xp part of the AP works, then you can expect the others to work as well, like freezes and errors in the union room
2) a pokemon game without exp is like a car without a wheel; just because you can turn it on doesn't mean it works
