Hacking N3ds Noob 9.9 downgrading

I took out the SD card and it booted right up fine, so far I cant access the internet browser (white loading screen) and settings (black loading screen)

Good news everyone, I just successfully downgraded a 9.8 firmware special edition mh4u n3ds to 9.2 , Entry point browserhax. If it matters, i'm using a 4gb class 4 toshiba brand microsd HC.

This microsd card hasn't failed me yet, I've downgraded 3x 10.3 n3ds and now a 9.8 n3ds.

Then you need either a Cubic Ninja cart or an Ocarina of Time cart with another 3DS to install payloads onto it.

If that's the case, then you might want to follow the advice in this thread in order to get your 3DS downgraded properly so you can install CFW.

If you cannot get browserhax nor menuhax to work, then you will probably require one of the following:

• Cubic Ninja
• SKY3DS
• Ocarina of Time 3D with a way to install oot3dhax (another 3DS with access to homebrew, etc.)
• Super Smash Bros. and a way to broadcast raw Wi-Fi beacons
