I did not create this, I modified an existing skin. I molded this skin to work better for the N-Card series. For comparison the original will be displayed beside the modified one. I used MS-Paint to do all the changes. No fancy software was used.

Hey Apache Thunder. Love your mod of Bergunzo skin...

...but i wasn't a fan of shifting about on the top screen.
So how about this suggestion of just changing the 'save type' text to 'save'??

and i've also modified the bottom screen of the original Bergunzo skin to...

...as i have a MK5, and wanted the background more plain like the original.

Cheers to Bergunzo for his great skin (hope you dont mind the modifications). And thanks for the great mod Apache Thunder to better fit the latest firmwares(hope you dont mind the further modifications).

No problem. Since I didn't create the skin, I couldn't do anything even if I did mind. lol. But I don't, so you don't have to worry.


Anyways looks like you molded it to fit the Neo Flash firmware. Mine was more of a personal modification. Not really meant for release, but I did so anyway. I'm sure someone else out there might like it. I'm sure he doesn't mind the mods to it. I pmed him way back when I first modified it. He's ok with it. As long as he gets credit where its due, he shouldn't mind.

The person that I added in the background on the bottom screen was recent. For awhile it was plain, and nothing was back there.

The vertical lines were one of the first things I removed. They sorta interfered with the text of any game that is overlaid above it and so I wanted the game text to be unobstructed. Though I sorta backtracked by adding stuff in the background, but theres alot a skins that just have image for a background anyway and since she's interlaced behind the whole thing, it only has a minor impact on the text.

ok, i have a question. what's a wait.bmp? and whats a "wait symbol"?

In older versions the wait.bmp "spinned" on your screen during loading, Iv heard theyve removed it in the newer versions~

It appears that way. The N-Card firmware I have however still uses it.

Yes. In version core 1.45 and any xmenu 2.52-2.54 it is 9 dots in the corner of the top screen. I like it better.

And thanks for the update on Bergunzo's skin, I"ll give it a try. I wish there were more version of that skin. Maybe with out the bright colors on the top screen(the pink and orange and stuff, I liked his first version better that didn't have those colors).

It would look even better if I could turn off/change the colour of the firmware notification (top right), pick the highlight colour with RGB values instead of it 'inverting' and change the the @#$&ing orange scroll bar. But as of xmenu 1.45 this is still impossible.

The firecard should accept the skins exactly in the same way that the N-Card does. If you know the process for the N-Card, then simply do that with the F-Card. They are one in the same.
