Hardware my wireless acts up. dont know if its software or hardware.

i didnt know what section to put this in.

i have a old 3ds. 1st of my wireless was working a couple minutes ago i downloaded ever oasis update, my wireless is acting up.

BUT the thing is that every time i go next to the update icon it just disconnects.


as typing this i put my 3ds in to sleep mode and it downloaded the update.


whats going on?

so yeah i tried to get the Mega Stones for Mega Tyranitar, Abomasnow and Manectric... i get a :

but the way my wifi works it will like hardware problem.....

i have been banned obviously... but did nintendo make it seem like the hardware is damaged.

I am so confused.
