Hacking My Hacked Wii Doesn't Recognize My Wii Remote. How To Fix It?

I hacked my Wii and downloaded Hombrew Channel, cIOS, USB Loader GX etc. While I was playing Mario Kart on USB Loader GX my Wiimote disconnected for no reason. I've tried to sync Wiimote to Wii but nothing worked (even holding down sync button and connecting ). I'm sure that my Wiimote is working perfeclty because I synced my Wiimote to Dolphin emu and it synced worked. I don't have a Gamecube controller so I have no way to play Wii. How can I solve this problem?

Syncing a Wii Remote will only work in System Menu, not in Homebrew Channel or other homebrew software.

Don't have many ideas here.
* Although your remote seemingly works: Try another remote anyway
* Maybe a problem with the Bluetooth module in your Wii?

Just because your Wii Remote is working with Dolphin, doesn't mean it is working 100% properly. I would try taking the batteries out of it, and letting it sit at least a few minutes to force it to reset. When you put batteries back in, make sure you use newly charges ones, and then re-sync the Wii Remote it from the home menu on your Wii. If that doesn't work, find another controller to test. As @KleinesSinchen said, it could be that your bluetooth module isn't working properly. There is no reason that soft modding your Wii should effect that at all, so this could be an unlucky coincidence.

In some homebrew, Wii motion plus remotes don't work, You can try an standard model.

Crap, My WiiMote that looks and feels just like an official one doesn't work with hoembrew other than ones advertised to work with motion plus, Such as wiiflow. Do I have a fake then? It works fine in wiisports resort.

Even official Nintendo wii motion + remotes will not work with older homebrew
