Homebrew my gamma launcher will not work help?*URGENT*

I have tried reinstalling everything, i used a custom iso installer because nothing would work before hand and it worked fine i was able to play games ect, but for some reason when i go on all i see is the banner for the launcher, a black screen and a weird little icon in the bottom left hand corner, so can anyone please tell me how to fix this? thanks.

thats real odd. i would try to install a different launcher channel. djtaz has made a real good one. to me it seems that your channel is bad, not your wii.

Ok im not exactually smart with these things, infact the custom launcher i was basiclly guided through, because the regular launcher kept giving me a DVD error but it worked...

okay a few things, first off

1)do you load your backup launcher via the homebrew channel, or do you load it via a channel installed in your system menu.
2) what ver of system menu are you running? (i.e. 3.2U, 3.3E etc etc)
3) which loaders are you using? (.1 beta, .3beta, .3 gamma, softchip??)
4) which cios do you have installed?? (rev 5, 6, 7, waninkoko's or wiigators?)

if you dont know, which installer pack did you use? noobwarriors? djtaz's??
