ahh so it's tests to see which region the Switch is in, then prints different things for different regions.. cool!

no, it do not read the switch's language settings. the English language is hard coded in printfs.

8 pages of responses and OP still has done more coding than probably 90% of the repliers - me included. So well done for at least trying! I'm going to have a go myself, I want to make an app to scan the USB HDD for all XCI files, make a list and then cache it until the user wants to update the list again. From the list the user can then select an XCI and it'll pass the filename to the XCI mount routine in SX OS. Will be a hell of a lot faster than scanning the USB HDD each time you decide to change to a different XCI.
