Hacking my DSTWO has a tight fit into DSi is this normal?

I just received my brand new SuperCard DSTWO but it has a tight fit in my DSL and DSi is this normal?

Continuing on Nadrians answer: Yes it's a tight fit because of the built in cpu. You can feel it under the sticker

and don't take the sticker off, or you will expose the internal parts of the card

after a week or so you won't even notice it
and yes, it's normal, but it get better after some use
