My Downloaded nusspli games dont start.

I Download a game from Nusspli, when i try to open it the Message appears that it cant start the game because the Nintendo Network id is deleted. Then i've read that you have to put the sigpatch in correct postion. After doing that my wii u didnt even start "Cant parse .wms from buffer" or someting. Now i am clueless if i put the sigpatch in correct Position my wii u dosent start. If i dont have the sigpatch the game cant start.

THE GAME DOWNLOADED ON NUSSPLI IS MY GAME I OWN IT PHYSICALLY

Did you homebrewed your Wii U and then you downloaded a bunch of games from the homebrew app store for the Wii U?
