But there's still a little bit of polishing to do.

I think it should with minor differences seeing as Moonshell2 was based off Sakura.

The guy is just presenting his theme asking for constructive criticism. Don't bag his artwork if you don't like it, just don't post at all. Also it isn't a dying flower it is just a lightish blue floral pattern with low lighting on a black background, what the hell is emo about that?

my idea of the skinname were "Simple Black" or "Black and White"

If you brought out the blue floral in the background a bit more and changed it to a lighter blue that could look good, you could then call it "LED Blue" or something.

And don't get me wrong; I dig the skin. I'd use it. I just don't like the hype. Other people who post Moonshell skins don't make a whole thread for one skin that's not even out yet.
