Hacking my converted cia games freeze

Hello, i'm new to custom firmware on the 3ds I just recently found out about converting .3ds to .cia myself, I tried tomodachi life and tobidase doubutsu no mori, tomodachi is on the 3ds screen forever, the other crashes and makes me restart my 3ds, I tried changing the settings on the converter for each game, but they still don't work.. tobidase doubutsu no mori is 4.3 minimum firmware, tomodachi life is 7.1 (which should work according to 3dsiso.com) it is not past 7.2.
I need help from someone who knows more about cfw than me
