Gaming MWM Survival mode

How do you unlock the online co-op survival mode? I completed the campaign and cant do it yet...

You can either...

A) Beat the game on maximum difficulty
B) Go to the War Room and enter this sequence: Select, L, R, Select, Y, Y, X, R, L, X, R, Y. You have to re-enter it every time you want to play, though.

So...is the Survival Mode Online or not?
I tried the code and could only access the single player Survival Mode :/

after hardened is veteran. then you unlock it. or you can use an AR cheat to unlock it right?
