Hacking Music app for GBA

I was just wondering if there was a Moonshell-like application for GBA flash carts that would allow me to listen to MP3s ( or any codec for that matter )

Also, does anyone kn ow why its not possible to rip the Play-Yan image and execute it on a flash cart?

well how about that hombrew music player, does it even exist?

There are mod players, and I think there are a few for wav, but you'd need to downsample your mp3s so much it's not really worth it.
