Multy/lobby on NSO aint working

Hi there!
I don’t really know where to ask since Nintendo it’s like “aha your problem ain’t ours ” so I’ll try here.
Whenever I try to play multiplayer with the NSO APP GBA or SNES, I make the lobby but the other family member (both local or online) is stuck on “joining lobby…”.
Uninstalled and reinstalled, changed the DNS, tried different networks… but nothing seems to work for those two apps.
BUT the N64 and the NGC ones are working flawlessly… what the hell?
Any idea? What should I do?
I tried to connect between different Switches, both 1 and 2 but always stuck on joining. And yes we are all in a family membership.

Oh gad The tech support from America told me to call them, but I’m in Europe. I’m not going to spend money on an extracontinent call! And the tech support from Europe is telling me to update my mobile phone firmware. I’m getting bamboozled.
