Gaming msvcr120.dll is missing

I really don't ****ing get it. I already follow the steps even this MSVCR120.dll is missing. I already installed even reinstalled and repair. It still won't let me play game. I am trying to play BloodStained, Castlevania style game. I already turn it off anti-virus and anti-malware. I download cracked game. And don't suggest me to buy it on Steam, didn't mean I have to pay for it. I am not rich people like most pc gamer does like Markiplier and PewDiePie. Some cracked game does work without MSVCR120.dll error message.

I know the problems, I've seen it more often if you try to pirate. Only thing I can say about it however is move on or just pay for the game, if you want to play it so badly, it must be atleast worth something to you. And as the person above me says:
