Hacking MPH Help, unlock all arenas for multiplayer?

Hey guys, I downloaded the AR for the R4 and I don't know the code for unlocking every single arena in MPH to be used in multiplayer. Please help.

And, once I get the code, will i have to delete the "CHEAT.DAT" file from my "_System_" folder and replace it with the new one?
