ROM Hack Moving Diablo save file from emunand to sysnand

As title states, i've decided to buy Diablo III so i can utilize online features of the game safely. That having been said, I would like to migrate my existing save file on emunand to my legit sysnand. Is this possible? Safe? how do i do it?

restoring your save from a backup requires you to use Checkpoint, which i would assume you use to create the save file.
you need CFW to run Checkpoint, which shouldn't be in sysnand otherwise you're at a bigger risk of being banned.

will removing checkpoint from sysnand before running the game be a way to work around this? or does running checkpoint leave some artifact behind?

I dont know the full details on what exactly it leaves behind, but supposedly it leaves some kind of trace of running the CFW. To my knowledge there's no good way of transferring from emunand to sysnand without "dirtying" your sysnand
