Update
The NDS 3D homebrew engine, Nitro, has been updated. See below for the translated change log.
QUOTE said:This is a 3D engine that aims to make life easier for those who want to make a 3D game on the DS. The current version is 0.4.2.
Its main features are:
-Burden of models and textures from FAT.
Dual-3D, is handled like the normal 3D.
-Easy, you can draw a scene in 3D without complicarte life for anything ^ ^.
You can upload files bmp 8.16, or 24 bit and turn them into textures.
-You have to activate functions that purpose by allowing the DS hardware, such as fog or shade. It also has functions to activate special effects on screen as hilly.
-It makes screenshots of the 2 screens in 3D mode and dual-screen with 3D in normal mode.
-Support for animated models.
System (still fairly simple) 2D on 3D.
Engine-core physical (gravity, collisions between boxes without rotation, friction ...).
API-functions.
System-2D on 3D text.
I plan include:
-Converter (png format?) To a format that allows DS texture of various levels of transparency.
-To improve the physical engine (bounding spheres, for example).
-The things I sugiráis and consider appropriate.
